Mindfulness for adaptation to analog and new technologies emergence for long-term space missions

Long-term space missions require a good understanding of human adaptation to hostile environments in space. Some professional have constraints that are isolating, confined, extreme, or unusual constraints. They can serve as analogs for studying challenge their environmental disrupt the balance between demands environment and resources mobilized by individuals. This disruption homeostasis leads increased stress, decreased performance, poor overall health these professionals. Nevertheless, analogs, also offer information better identifying individual psychological cognitive effective adapting caused exceptional environments. Studies suggest mindfulness (i.e., awareness emerges paying attention purposefully, present moment, without judgment experience is unfolding moment moment) may be relevant candidate dealing with issues.
